i can cook it…but i can’t promise it will taste good

So being the old fashion gal that i am, i am trying to learn to cook for my man. And I think that it’s going pretty well. I already have a signature dish (we call them BEETOS, which is basically chicken and black bean burritos.) I feel like i am getting casseroles down, and there is the really great dish called lazy lasagna that we love. but i don’t want Tyson to burn out of stuff that i just mix and bake in the oven. I’ve been surfing people’s recipe blogs and have been getting good tips. But i still need help. who’s help? YOUR help! let me know if you know of a fantastic site that has great recipes. but here is the catch….they have to be:

1. EASY to make
2. not a lot of ingredients…or anything crazy or hard to find
3. fairly inexpensive

i’d appreciate any tips ya’ll have!

here is the stir fry i made a while back. it was SO good (even though there was a mishap and i had to create a soy sauce-type substance) but it took FOREVER to make. which makes me not want to do it again…lame i know!
